Our tours are always private. We operate on a reservation basis. While most people come as couple, you can reserve a party of up to 6 passengers per gondola. Lake Merritt has one gondola that can be reserved. Please choose the package that best serves your needs. If you have questions about the reservation process, please see our frequently asked questions.

Marco Polo
A 30 minute private gondola tour. $45 for the first couple. $10 per each additional person. Request a reservation.

Casanova
A 55 minute private gondola tour. $75 for the first couple. $10 per each additional person. Request a reservation.

Promessi Sposi
For photo or film shoots. Perfect for engagement photos, family portraits, wedding shots or any other occasion. We work with your photographer to capture that special moment. $225 for the first couple. $10 per each additional person. Request a reservation.

We may be able to accomodate special requests such as a shuttle tour, group tours, or party tours. Customized packages may be available.

Group Tours
$150 an hour for groups of thirteen people or more. We offer multiple mini tours within the hour to accomodate a group of any size. To help us customize your party needs, call for more details. 866-SERVIZIO.

From San Francisco:
Cross the Bay Bridge.
Take 580 towards Hayward.
Exit at Lakeshore/Grand Avenue.
Turn right onto Grand Avenue.
Travel ¾ mile.
Turn left onto Bellevue Avenue (also called the Fairyland entrance) to park.
Continue traveling in the park about 300 meters.
After the curve in the road, make the first right at the driveway or the sign that reads, “Parking, Sailboat house, Gondola Servizio.”
Park here and walk out onto the Gondola Servizio dock, on the water, where you will meet your gondolier to be seated.

From the South Bay:
North on 880
Exit Oak Street.
Turn right onto Oak Street.
Continue straight until road changes names at 14th Street to Lakeside Drive.
As you travel, the Lake will remain on your right-hand side.
Turn right onto Grand Avenue.
Make the first right into Park, or Bellevue Avenue (also called the Fairyland entrance) to park.
Continue in the park about 300 meters.
After the curve in the road, make the first right at the driveway or the sign that reads, “Parking, Sailboat house, Gondola Servizio”.
Park here and walk out onto the Gondola Servizio dock, on the water, where you will meet your gondolier to be seated.

From the North Bay:
Whether coming across Carquinas Bridge or Richmond/ San Rafael Bridge, proceed toward Berkeley on Highway 80.
Stay in the left lanes (but not far left lane where it becomes carpool to San Francisco).
Exit 580 Freeway toward Hayward
2/3 miles, Exit Lakeshore/ Grand Ave.
Turn right onto Grand Ave.
